speedo cable conduit

Hi,
found out the other day that my speedo cable had snapped where it had rusted through due to a hole in the outer cable conduit. I managed to get another cable from just kampers, but does anyone know where I can get a cable conduit from to replace the old one, or anything similar?

Wouldn't motorcycle brake cable conduit be a similar size? Just thinking laterally here.
