waste gate pipes

hi everyone i've just purchased a t25 with the aaz conversion. A friend of mine looked at it the other day and noticed there's a pipe coming off the waste gate thats not connected to anything. Anyone got any ideas where this should be connected to? i've spent the last 2 evenings searching the web and have not found an answer. it's the pipe going into the top chamber of the wastegate actuator
