I was surfing on a few Syncro specialist sites and was quite surprised to see that the difference in prices for the same parts can be as much as 30%. Have a look at Busman and Syncro Services for example!

Obviously if you are not the original source for something then your price will be x's plus your mark up, that's why I don't carry SyncroServices parts on the shelf generally, I'll source them for a customer if they want or they can do it themselves. SyncroServices is my preferred supplier for europe for the stuff I can't get from VW by one means or another. Similarly I use Weddle in the States, and if peeps want to source the parts themselves from there that's fine, if I supply them then there will be a mark up after the customs and shipping charges.

Henning is so much cheaper than Mike in almost every case and neither of them are the original source in almost every case.

But Mike buys from Henning ; CJ, Mike we all agree Henning is best source, and certainly best value.
