yes. im running 15" mefros on my 16" caravelle with power steering.

is it a tight fit?

Do you need 16" arms to fit 16" brakes or will 16" brakes fit onto 14" arms?

If you have from the bearing carrier out it will work. But you must have the 16 carrier. The 16 back plate will not fit a 14 carrier.
