Wishbone

Post by The BCE »

Are the parts for the wishbone (front passenger side on a RHD) the same for a syncro as a 2WD?

Just checking

Not sure! Suspension started creaking, took the van to my local trusted mechanic who sourced the bits - need to check which have been replaced!!

Just need to sort out the alignment now - drives forward in a straight line, but if I reverse with my hands off the wheel, it turns itself to one side. Have printed out the settigs from the wiki and are popping back in on Monday

Its probably the upper wishbone bushes that need to be replaced. The long bolt that holds it all together is where the camber is adjusted from so you will need to get it reset.
