The full size ones still use the engine hatch area as part of the bed but methinks that you ditch the wardrobe and any side units but the bed still folds out to the same point as a 3/4 one, they are just wider. There is a seller on Ebay who does the Rock n Roll hinges for about £60-00 so that you can make any width bed. Alternatively there is the Frame type R&R bed in two widths, mind you, the advantages of a full size one disappears as you will be minus an arm and a leg after you bought it.... :D

cant get rid of the dog..gail will kill me  ..ROB  ..i love the dog but not THAT much
i already have the hinges just need to make it a bigger bed...its fine with just me and her but when the dog jumps in the middle it squashes us up against the side  ....i might even make the units that are at the side of the bed narrower by say 6 inch..that might be better

My old Leisuredrive camper had a full width bed. The price is the loss of the wardrobe and some cupboard space. I have to say that it was however THE most comfortable bed I have ever slept on, and I include beds in houses in that statement. Here's a few pics

mmm that dus look comfy ..is that a rock and roll affair or is it just normal hinges?...we dont really use the wardrobe in ours, everything goes up top apart from tools and gas etc .they cubby holes are handy tho

i made it all myself though so i reserve the right to do with it as i please..its a learning process aint it :?

There were two removable cushions that formed the seat 'bums on' part. You took these off and the hinged back of the seat folded down flat to form the front of the bed. This left a gap between the front of the bed and the rear section by the tailgate, and you simply slotted the removable cushions in the gap to make the complete bed.

There was also a small section that filled the little gap between the cupboard and the seat when it was in the upright position (you can see it on the floor by the cupboard in the third picture).

ahh i see...thats why the cushions in the back are thicker than the others ..because of the difference in hight when the seat is made up :ok

Heres mine. A bit unusual but is probably the most versatile interior I have had in all of the 7 vans I have owned.

hi perro...your interior is identical to what was in my van when i bought it(what conversion is it?)..but mine had a cupboard in the rear near side too...so it ment you had to sleep diagonaly plus the units were krackered...is it the one where the sink runs along the back of the drivers seat ?
ive been sat in the van over the last few days just thinking of how im to do it and i think im going to narrow the units at the rear to give around 6 inch more on the bed,but i have to get my head around it first.plus money is tighter than a drumskin athe mo so its all just food for thought till work picks back up again..cheers for the interest tho :ok
