can you help with water issues? need pics!

Post by rowlesy »

basically ive put a 2e motor in my crewcab and im now having troubles with the cooling sysem! ive set it up with the 2e cooling pipes and water bottle but it wont bleed properly and thus overheats and forces water back out the bottle! so ive cobbled together some other pipework so as to use the original expansion and filler bottle but now seems the system is flowing back to front? as in when revving engine to fill bottle the level rises instead of falling?

so what i'm after really is a set of diesel water pipes for the engine and (mainly atm!) pictures of diesel engine bays which shows where the pipes come and go!

please help ive been doing this conversion since xmas (on and off) and i wana take her out for a blat!

cheers for looking!
