Hi Jason
The two times I've used Norfolk line (PopTop Westy) we were put on a level with a pretty low roof, both times we commented that if we had of been a high top there would have been no way we would have missed the pipework on the ceiling. I suspect this ceiling represents the 2.4 meter limit.....
Personally I would say that they will know you are taller than 2.4 meters, I know that's a bugger cus the price goes up quite a bit.
PS we are booked on Norfolk line 10th August 4.00am early hours of the morning. Anyone else?

Hi

We just had the same problem got a high top too which is about 2.5m high, wasen't sure wether to risk it or not with Norfolk Line.

In the end we booked with Sea France they had no height restriction just put the length in at 5m and they were cheap we booked to go on the 3rd of Aug till the 28th for £62.

Good luck
