Rock and Roll Beds

Post by holeydub on 4wheels »

Hey everyone,

Been looking at getting a full width rock n roll bed for the new panel van but not sure whats best to go for. Ive looked at home made ply/jk hinges and top notch westy ones, i only really want to spend a maximum of £200 and it seems that its available at that price but im not sure whats going to be best.

Im after something that doesnt look alien in the back of the van as its still very original inside, so a ply cut uncovered one may not look quite right.
Ideally i wanted to get it sorted by the end of the month ready for the hatch fest (doing a paella stand with other halfs parents there - if your going check it out ;) its bloody nice) anyways paella aside it would be great if i could see someones install or positive/ negative feedback on what styles are out there...

Oh yeah forgot to say the £200 would include the foam coverings and rear cushion setup...

:ok
