how do i get my heater panel facia off without snapping the 2 prongs at the back ??

Very carefully , try using a flat blade and teasing it off ... carefully

or you could reach around and push the lugs gently from the rear ,

anyone gota picture of an Aircooled heater facia i have got 3 knobs with mine but can only seem to get 2 to fit
