
t25 window leak?

t25 window leak?
and also, the windscreen on my t25 has a leak on the passengers side, when it lashes down, it comes in an leaves a puddle on the footwell, any solutions would be a great help, cheers, barry

Seal the corners on the offending side, glass to rubber and rubber to frame.
PS only use windscreen sealer rather than any silicone based product.

As above, but only a temp repair.
One day soon, best to get the screen out and fix the rust that is sure to hiding behind the rubber !

Got a new van, but it's a 165bhp T4 [shock horror] Accurate LPG Station map here

hi mate i had the same leak, take the screen out replace the seal and weld up the holes which will be relieved once screen removed,job done dry cab footwells,sounds bad but not expensive stiffler.

thanks guys, was hoping for another option than to take the glass out an weld up,as i got told it was expensive by my local vdub guy,. i kinda knew i needed to do that, but couldnt afford a expensive job done on her, may have a look into a diy on her, with fingeres crossed, thanx guys.

I hope you use the advise I gave when you asked for a solution to a known problem. My suggestions are based on a logical elimination process of doing something rather than nothing .
What I am saying is check out the cheaper options of any fix before getting involved removing screens etc etc.......
