Lesuire battery venting?

Lesuire battery venting?

Got my new lesuire battery .......shes a bute kent lol!

It has a vent at the end of it, is this ok as it is or does it need soemthing on it?

It is possible under certain circumstances (electric hooked up) to smell the hydrogen being exhausted under charge conditions. The vent can be connected to a 'washer' pipe type clear hose and vented through a hole in the base of the battery tray. This is optional, the choice is yours.
