What is best,

Make your own.

J.K. (that I still can't find a definitive answer whether it will fit)

Bluebird.

Or have I missed one?

I have one I'd be willing to sell. I made it out of box section steel . It has been painted black since these pics were taken. It is nearly new. Only reason I'm selling is because I have bought a new van with more sleeping space. £50 ono. Comes in a bag.
