parapress hinged window replacement needed

Some gobshite attacked my beloved T25 with a outdoor umbrella pole smashing the window. The code on the window is PPRS-1-XT D22261, google has kicked up a few sites but none have windows measuring 975x375 (overall window 1000x400). can anybody help!
