not worried about getting it muddy, worried about getting bogged down and having to live on a lonely welsh farm for the rest of me life
We require an SP booking form for every Syncro that will be driven at the event before the day, so we can send out confirmation details and get our books in order... so please just fill in the form and send a cheque
Other payment methods, Paypal and direct bank transfers can be made by contacting JennyTyger (Syncronauts Treasurer) by PM ideally.
Reimbursements will usually be made if unforseen circumstances prevent your arrival. If you have any queries about attendance or payments please contact Jenny or myself in good time...
We prefer not to be paid in cash at the event, or be unaware of your arrival. Apart from meeting our obligations to the landowner and MSA, this also makes things easier for the organising Committee members so that they can relax and enjoy the weekend as well.
Looking forward to a very well attended Syncropendence again, so Many Thanks for your co-operation
PS. If your are planning to fit a CB in the future, SP is a good time to have it done by, as this is a BIG site where CB communications can be helpful. Help and advice are available, we usually use channel 25 UK on-site, CB setups are available from £30 2nd hand or about £80 ~ £100 for the complete kit new.
It is possible to stay-over Sunday night if required, Monday often being a local Green-Laning day... stay-overs cost £5 for the nights camping.
