Nothing a blast down the motorway won't do.
But that depends on the engine being serviced and set up right in the first place.

Most petrol you buy has some sort of cleaning agent in.

Its all a waste of money

yea i am going to put coolant, oil and petrol in my wagon and nothing else, maybe some propane when i do an LPG conversion. hey, what's the best and cheapest coolant to use? the bluecol, xstream or something else? i was going to use the coolant from gsf.
