Its possibly the breathers above the tank that are the culprit, not the tank itself... thos ethat go to the expansion tanks.

Not many decent places around Brum - so go with Arvi's suggestions.

Where abouts in Selly Oak (lived there for 20 years in Katie Road)??

The VW place in Oldbury is Volksmagic.

Arvi, we need to get together for a drink mate (bout time  )

Hans Timm in Lye is

a: German
b: Cheap & Reliable
c: very helpful
d. 2 mins from Lye station.
e. A camper owner himself.

If your interested in detasils pm me and I'll dig out his trading name.

He does a lot of work for Knights motorhomes in Kidderminster & Tewksbury and a lot of the Black Country T25 fans use him.

I remember seeing that joker too, not mine though. Mine is an 89 slate grey twin slider tin top devon.

I'm sure we have the facilities to either sneak you across the border or produce some suitable documentation to get into the Black Country - we could furnish your van with some Pork Scratchings
