Is it easy to get at the mechanics to unlatch it manually

you need to rermove the interior panel then just push the lever from inside unlocking the door.

only probs i have had are with early locks , the small rollpin comes loose and the latch on early/late vans can seize!

if seized you wont be able to open it by just pusing the latch , will need some brut force , but make sure this is the case before just appling force!

Thanks Billy , as it happens it was locked out by the central locking gismo and the battery is flat so needed moving over manually.....
