Diesel Pump setting up
I've just finished a partial dismantle of my Bosch Ve Pump to replace a leaky washer. Unfortunately the marks i made on the lever arm on top got erased and so I'm having trouble getting it running correctly. I can't get it to tick over(just stalls) Revs fine from partial throttle upwards to full throttle.............Any suggestions????

Re: Diesel Pump setting up
cant you just take the arm off and adjust it more on the splines then set the stop for the idle ?

Re: Diesel Pump setting up
What worries me weldore is the spline shaft that goes into the leaver arm, when I adjust it in relation to the lever arm the egine either stalls on tickover or accerlerates by it self without me touching the throttle
