Painting a POP top

Hi

the bus is about to get a nice shade of dark Blue, Im toying with painting the pop top the same colour but wondering if its possibly going to make it a little oven if not its usual White colour.

Anyone have any experience?

Should'nt make much difference, hammerite is a good paint to put on fiberglass, i used it on a pop top I had
DJ at Dubdayz Summerfest
Now cutting about in an LT35 MWB

I've just put a coat of rustoleum on my pop-top. It will need another coat but I think it looks better than the white. The van is cream over brown (oh yes!) and the white pop-top just looked like an afterthought, which it was. No idea how well the paint will adhere to the fibreglass, time will tell.
