spare wheel mount

Post by splity61 »

Hi All,
I'm about to have my LPG tank removed from under the bed! and replaced with one in the spare wheel well. Problem, what do I do with the spare? I don't fancy having just an aerosol of foam. I have seen buses with the spare mounted on an arm at the back, does any one know where I can get a new one or if there is a 4x4 that has one that would fit?
Thanks in advance for any info.
I was washing the car, when it fell off!!!!!!

Thanks, I had a bad experience in a bay with a front mount, forgot it was there. Parked a tad too close to a wall...........................
Looked at a rear mount on a synco, liked the idea because it is seen through the rear window! could not find any makers markings on it.
