Bumpers

Post by albertramsbottom »

Just got 600 quid from my insurance company for a crash and need some new bumpers

JK did have bumper kits but I cant seem to find them anymore. These included end caps and fitting kits so they worked out quite a bit cheaper.

There other bumpers have all sold out and VW Heritage also only have the bumpers on back order. Does anyone know where I can get some bumpers from, quickley like

Cheers

Hi

there has been post on various forums about poor fitting bumpers from JK
https://club8090.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=51202" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

If you don't think they will fit with minor adjustments send em back? Or you could always find a good pair of second hand OEM ones and give them a good refurb?

I bought a rear bumper kit from custom and commercial. I needed to elongate the 10mm holes to make them 10mm long 10mm diameter slots in order to make them fit.

Why the hell can the chinese not measure stuff right? Even a damn chimp could get that right, hell even I could :lol:
