Hi there,
Remove the cutlery draw (two plastic stoppers on the runners have to be bent to do this, look from underneath the draw)
Reach up under the tap, you will feel a microswitch which is mounted on a pivot with a wired spring, open the tap then carefully pull/push the switch and listen for the quiet clicking of the microswitch operating. The water or pump should flow/buz.
If this is unsuccessfull pull off the two wires going to the microswitch and bridge them together...again the pump should start to work.
Again if no joy: look underneath the rear of the two storage containers (under the swivel out table) for a PVC covered connection block, these have old fashioned bullit connectors in them where the wires and bullits themselves can come loose.
And finally....same rear storage compartment...remove and swivel out the inspection plate to get access to the whale pump for direct testing to a battery.
