I have the early exhaust system on my 1987 panelvan. There is a small hole on the o/s manifold.(the one coming from the front of the engine going into the jointing knuckle)
My problem is that the J.K. catalogue says the o/s has an air filter pickup pipe sticking out the side of it. Mine doesn't and seems identical to the n/s manifold. Can I use a n/s and turn it over for the o/s?

Re: 1.9 dg exhaust query
Just buy the right one coz the 'pre heat' pipe is not really essential..

Re: 1.9 dg exhaust query
Thanks Fritz. when you say buy the right one do you mean the correct one (offside) and don't use the preheat pick up pipes or do you mean buy the nearside manifold and use it on the offside?
