devon window rubbers

I need to replace some of the window rubbers on my 1983 devon sunrise
the vin number say's its a panel van but the current seals look diffrent to the ones you can buy for a panel van with windows
anyone shed a light on what seals to get

at the moment 2 side windows but thinking i might as well do them all

Ive found a easy way of taking the windows out, if you dont mind picking up sockets after youve pushed it out with your feet...easy






Not sure if mine need replacing is it obvious? i.e. cracks and splits or is it best to just swap them after taking the windows out?
