Hello
I was pondering this question and thought I would ask.
Can anyone tell me will gearboxes from polos, golfs. passats e.t.c fit onto or made to fit a jx 1.6 TD engine ???

front engined fwd car, rear engined rwd van, er five reverse gears anyone ?

I think I am right in suggesting that you could install it upside down and get the gears right. That is if you could solve the lubrication problems...
