Hi,

Can some one tell whats and what is the beast way to remove excess seam sealer of paint!!! without damaging paint?

I think you may be asking question that is impossible to answer with out removing the paint as well. :shock:

IMHO the best tool to use to remove any coatings such as seam sealer would be a (3M's) 'Mule Skinner' or the NEW Purple Bristle Disc system fitted to a mandrel.
The thing is you will only be able to purchase these sort of things from a proper body shop suppliers in your area.

Oh Bugger,

Thought I might get away with 1200 grit paper??

big d bro, i have rust in some seams, i was going to get it out what seam sealer did you use and what do you recommend to declog the seams?

big d, just use 1200 grit, be careful and then some finishing paste to shine it up again.
