Fitting Buddy seats
Hi all, I have a 1987 caravelle GL 1.9. I have removed my center 2 seats and am fitting buddy seats behind the driver and passenger. The seats came with a bracket that bolts to the back of the battery compartments behind both seats. but how do they fit to the floor. The seats have 2 pegs on the bottom of the seats frame work. Am I missing a bracket that these slot into, or do I drill 2 holes in the floor for them to locate into. Being careful not to drill through the petrol tank of course.

Re: Fitting Buddy seats
Doesn't look like it'll fit directly to the floor. I'd be inclined to fabricate something yourself (L brackets?) rather than make holes in the floor. Is it actually meant for a t25? Looks a bit 'modern' for our vans.

Re: Fitting Buddy seats
so I'm told they came out of a vw multi van, which looks the same as a T25, or are they listed as something else. But i think you are right to look at some sort of L shaped braket rather than drill through the floor with the petrol tank so close.
