Noisy engine

Post by jaycee »

Hello All

I've just got my T25 Devon on the road after being sat a while.
It has just started making a rough almost bearing grinding sound while running. The engine itself has only 20,00 on it and runs really well.
The tappets are fine and it seems to be coming more from the left of the block as you look down on it.

Any ideas - I'm thinking it could be the water pump - Any help would be much appreciated.

Have a good weekend!

Cheers John.

Eatcustard,

Thanks for the reply, is that the one off the main block?

Does anyone know if the water pumps make allot of noise when they start to fail?
