1984 devon sunrise 12v fridge wires?

hi folks im just fitting a 3way fridge to my t25,which was originally missing when i bought the van last year,i can see where the main cable goes into the consumer unit in the cuboard,and where the gas hooks up,but as for the 12volt supply im lost,i have found yellow and black wires which where cut that i think run back to the devon control panel on the side of the wardrobe at the back of the van,would this be for the 12volt supply?anyone have an idea thanks steve.

On mine its a thick yellow and black.
One way to test it is the fridge supply is put a meter on the cables it you should have no volts with the engine off and 12volt with the engine running.
