In case you are talking about the "C pillar" then its the upright between the two side windows / the sliding door and the last rear panel.
E D I T post or pillars is (on cars) what you normally call the uprigths from bottom to top, usually where the windows/doors are and they needn't all necessarily be upright.
For the naming you start with "A" at the front for the windscreen frame and then continue down the back with B, C, and sometimes D or more.
On the T3 you've got A - D.
