Ok Simon, that's nice to know. I'll keep an eye on Brickwerks for 'em. Had a look at your site today on the off chance that you might have 'em in stock. Meanwhile I will need to get a temp job done on what I have currently on offer :ok

On wings like angels whispers sweet
my heart it feels a broken beat
Touched soul and hurt lay wounded deep
Brown eyes are lost afar now sleep xxHayleyxx

Hi mate. The wheels are not rollin just yet as I've had a setback. I cut a 6mm thread on the existing rod and the joining nut is just slipping over the threads :( . Now either the joining nut is a bit oversize or the existing cable is a bit undersize.....either way, it looks as if I'm well and truly stuffed. Looks as if I'm gonna need a new cable.....one that's obsolete :( . Just wondering if there's a company somewhere that can make me one?

**Update** I'm beginning to think that the existing rod is a bit undersize by looking at a section of the existing rod that I cut a 6mm thread into. the threaded grooves are not really that deep. I'm thinking that I might be able to do it by cutting a 5mm thread into the rod and joining with 5mm rod instead of 6mm. It is the only option that I have left :(

**Update #2** A nightmare trying to source 5mm threaded rod and 5mm hexagonal couplings. In the end I had to source the 5mm threaded rod and the 5mm hexagonal couplings from 2 different suppliers
