fit bench seat without bulkhead?

hi there, i am wondering if there's any way to fix a bench seat in the passenger side of a t25 without fitting a bulkhead beam across the van. do you need to drill in to fix the bulkhead if it is a walkthrough van or are the spaces there for the bulkhead to fit in?

If it helps, the original bulkheads were spot welded into position. There was never an option to fit or mount bulkheads at a later date other than bolting or welding in place yourself.
