Thoughts on windscreen leaks

This has been covered many times including all the business of water below mats, removing screen and rebuilding the lip etc, but when these vehicles sit for any length of time when its rained, I presume the water is making its way in via the lower corners of the screen behind the rubber. Mine seem a snug fit but sure as eggs is eggs if its parked outside and it rains, the floors will be wet once again. Do these screen leak cures help much?

Don't have wet floors but the passenger sun visor can get rather damp. Suppose it's only a matter of time really....

Rather annoying leak just above the drivers seat though. Not nice when you forget about it and it's been raining.

I also suffer from a wet floor and didn't realise it might be coming from the windscreen. I thought there must be some sort of leak in the floor pan. I was planning on dealing with the floor as there is a bit of surface rust in places. How do people usually deal with this. I was intending to remove any signs of rust with a wire brush, clean and coat with vactan and then with hammerite. does this sound like an appropriate plan? Any alternatives or suggestions very welcome.

hi mate iv just had my screen out,to have the bottom corners repaired,as the the cab footwells where always wet under the rubber mats,its a devon poptop,but when the guy took the screen out it was also gone at the top under the seal which you wouldnt see until the screen is out,had all repaired and new seal from jc now dry as a bone stiffler.

I also heard the windscreen washer jet can leak

I'm fairly convinced mine is getting in through the bottom corners of the screen. As we all know, it pools there if the vehicle is stationary and there are no obvious ways water could gain entry. Could understand it at speed when wind can force it in, but it does this even parked.
