brake equlizer !

Hi anyone had trouble with this unit stopping brake pressure to rear ? ( or front even though its to control pressure to rear ) having a continuing brake prob at mo so it as to be sorted !!

what exactly is the problem with the brakes.

my mate is complaining of lack of stopping ability ! we have also had probs with front calibars sticking on and heating up but we think thats ok now ( cleaned and freed etc )the rear is all brand new everything shoes/backplates/w/cyl/h/b/cables /shoes/springs and as been adjusted etc new flexi pipes and copper brake lines ! changing f/b/flex pipes to be sure and steel pipes for copper pipes ( corroded ) but dont seem to have stopping power ! servo been checked as well so is the brake equlizer not working correctly ( its very corroded ) and not giving brake pressure to rear ? can you test them any ideas ? !!
