My fuel tank strap has gone completely and I need a replacement, for 2.1litre DJ engined Syncro 1986
also the spring retainer has corroded through on the LHS trailing arm has anyone got a good uncorroded LHS suspension arm (Steering wheel side on a LH Drive) for my 14inch syncro .

Im in Chester CH2 1DB and can collect if you are near otherwise will pay postage
can anyone help

Try CJ @ Synrospares for arm. You can get stainless steel tank straps from someone in Holland (What's he called lad's) I need some too!

Are all straps the same TD/Petrol/Van?Pickup???

Good point - Dunno!
The diesel doesn't require the electric pump support strap on lhs, which hadn't occurred to me before, so till i go look, assume they're two r/h straps

I'll adjust that to petrol - 1.9 carb, 2.1 injected... as there is no 'leccy fuel pump on the 1.9.... :wink:

I got a strap from CJ and its now fitted. Tried contacting Mike in Belgium but no reply. Is he still around?

All the stainless straps are the same and yes Mike is still very much around

Check the pump for corrosion? They leak when bad :(

I've got a rear arm if you still need one.

I'm on the Isle of Man so postage might be a few quid but sholdn't be to bad.

£30 + what ever the postage is sound ok?
