2 way fridge not cool?

Post by ChrisG »

Hi, Help needed,

Bought a T25 in winter but only now checking the fridge.

Its a 12v and gas powered (LPG) fridge.

I first checked it on 12v as I was driving to work (20mins) and it started to cool.

Then I checked it on gas. It lights no problem but it doesn't seem to cool. It was on a slight incline outside the house.
Can anyone help?

Cheers
Chris

Amended 08th May
Tried it on a flat surface and works a treat.

Thanks to all replies
Chris

Gas fridges are sensitive to slopes, The flame is supposed to heat a pipe to induce convection currents, as flames tend to be verticalany slope can mean the flame doesnt touch the pipe. Try it on the flat.
