When engine is cold, it fires up on the button
When I switch off engine and try to start again, it stuggles, just like a flat battery.
Leave it 10 mins and it fire up on the button again
Battery is fully charged and holding charge so its not that, connections to battery are tight so OK there
Where else can I look
Hot Start problem

Re: Hot Start problem
Usual culprit seems to be the bush in the gearbox housing...........

Thats a symptom of a worn starter bush.........once it cools down, ie contracts,it frees the pinion enuff to let it spin faster.....
Re: Hot Start problem
change the bush, it only costs a coupla quid and will sort your problem
