VW Specialist - Hereford

Post by gardnerw »

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a good VW specialist near to Hereford (Gloucester, Newport, Bristol), i have a Holdsworth Villa 1986 1.9 in need of a few jobs (good place for bodywork especially). Also has anyone found a good supplier of gas struts for roof's?

Hello again to all and i'm sorry if i'm repeating questions answered over and over......

For bodywork you can look in the vw mags or go with a recommended local one. I'd visit the bodyshops and if you dont like the cut of their jib I'd walk and find one with good vibes.

The best bet would be to ask anyone you see locally with a t25. Local knowledge is best.
I cant find anyone specifically for Holdsworth struts but these will probably help you.

The only non-franchised VW specialist in Hereford, as far as I am aware, are Volkshop (just repairs and parts, near the station) and Ned Potter (vehicle sales etc, somewhere on the King's Acre Road, Ithink).

Thanks for that, i would like some 3 point seat belts installed in the back as the main urgency, apart from the orange flashes that are appearing all around the windows!!
