hi,
is there any way to calibrate the speedo coz mines about 12mph out all round(well ,thats a lie..ive only ever seen it as far as 75mph :lol: )

I think it is cable based, mine reads about 10mph high too.

hmmm..well how does the needle attach to the spline..is it just a push fit? coud you move the needle to say 60 mph then grip the spline,pull the needle off and re-attach it at 50...or dont it work that way ?
