What Tyre size!

Post by desert rat »

Hi everyone,
I have got 205/80/16 on my bus and was wondering if i could fit 215/85/16 size tyres without them rubbing or catching anywhere and yes my bus is a 16 inch already not a 14 inch!
If the bigger size does fit without catching what is the biggest size that would fit without modification on standard size rims?
Thanks :?

I have just seen a set of these on a Mazda....Kumho Road Venture MT KL71

They looked pretty good, VW had two options for the 5 1/2J x 16" rim. 195 or 205. The 205's are quite a bit cheaper than the 215's.
