viking spacesaver fitting/measurements

HI all, i have just got hold of my long awaited viking spacesaver roof and could do with as much help/info as i can get.
idealy i need measurements for hinge's , cut out , strut placement etc.
i was meant to get it still attached to the old one to get this info, but the geezer took it off completely!
any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rob, pity you live so far ooop norf, as I would gladly help.
Tis a tad dark out now, but if you could wait till daybreak, I will take a peek for you then.
Just so I know what you want, you need the measurements for the 4 hinges on the gutter,
the measurement for the hole in the roof and where the struts go.
Be a lot easier if I were going to Bustypes eh :mrgreen:

are you fitting the whole roof on a tin top!!?? Good luck - two great chaps from the club did mine and did a stirling job too!

Best advice....lay it all out on the floor, and compare the roof length to the length of the bus.

Rob, bring your tape measure/camera WHY and you can have a butchers at our SPACEMAKER (which is the larger version of the one you have) seeing as we will be at Bustypes for the weekend......

cheers for replys steve and em, i think these lids are the danglee's, fritz...your picture is scary, to be honest i dont know if its a saver or a maker! it folds up and out!
im sure a bit of geeking and pictures on sunday will help no end.
