Removing Choke Pull Down Unit?

need to remove it but a couple of question.......

1. Is it secured by a small pin through the plastic body as well as the pull rod?

2. can the vacuum tube be disconnected from the pull down unit housing (looks as though it is bonded)or only from the carb body?

plus, anything else I need to know before I remove it, many thanks............

Hi mate, you are correct its held in place by a pin and circlip,the hose is not bonded and will pull off from both ends.
You can check it by sucking on the hose and its adjustable.
