Westy Roof Bed Help

Post by timmyboy79 »

Next on my list to sort out is the Roof bed.
I appear to be missing the additional fold out panel that extends the roof bed so you can actually lie down.

Whilst I can measure the gap etc and drop in some thick MDF, it would be nice if someone knew the exact dimensions and what sort of material (and thickness) Westfalia used on the original?

I can see the bracket that i guess used to be attached to it, but some clues as to how it folded would also be gratefull, e.g. did it fold over itself (180degrees) or just slide back over?

Thanks in advance for any help. :ok

Have a good Easter

Cheers

Tim

Unfortunatly, I wasn't able to collect the West pop top Roof Bed extension piece so If anyones else has one for sale then let me know? Or if you can provide details in terms of dimensions, material or pictures as to how it works then it would be gratefully appreciated.

Many Thanks

Tim
