Single webber carb - crankcase breather 2.0 a/c

Post by Rockhead_Rumple »

Hey,

Can anyone who has a 2.0 a/c fitted with a single webber carb tell me what should be on the crankcase breather? Currently I have a circular filter attatchment, but there is no top to the filter so it has a hole running through the middle of it directly to breather. Should it have a chrome cap on top if it?

cheers

it should go back to the air intake but you cant with this carb, remove the crappy filter, put some oil safe hose on the stub from the engine and pipe it to a catch tank, thats what i did on my dells.

to be frank tho the weber you have is strangling the performance of your motor and costing you mpg as well as power.

see my post on dellortos as an idea for the future.... :ok
