Starter motor??

Post by luckopig »

Very nearly went to swanage tonight. I think my starter has failed and will check connections etc as per Wiki :ok
My question is - can I remove/replace starter without needing to change the bush or is it a given that it will need replacing.

Thanks

yes you can do it without doing the bush provided the bush is intact but it's a short cut that could come back to haunt you long term, but if you just want to get moving now and do it at a later time then fine. If it was a syncro you'd do it cos you don't want to go there twice, 2wd not so hard.
