Don't laugh but.......

Post by AngeloEvs »

......following on from my thread about the necessity for the Air Vents and the annoying drip, water collecting in the air box, etc, well heres a possible solution, no mods, no drip and no water when the vans laid up ......................magnetic sheet! Cost me £15 with enough left over to make some magnetic flowers ... :D Just an idea.......

We don't talk to Aircooled people because of the blinkers they wear.

You'll forget and burn the engine up!

Besides, any Aircooled VW fan will tell you, the engines are ALIVE!! Aircooled VWs are magical! Someone once said that according to physics, an Aircooled VW engine should not be possible (don't know how true that is).

Subaru - the answer???! Mwwwwwwwwwahaaahahaha!

That's a brilliant idea, I'm off to see my local signmaker on Monday to see how much a couple of orange magnetic pieces will be.

Wouldn't that not be good for Aircooled people?

One less place to let the wind in so they'll only need 13 pairs of socks then when driving in winter

I found another use for the magnetic sheet, cut into strips and use them to hold newspaper against the panel, makes masking up so much easier.......... :D

I don't need loads of pairs of socks when I drive my 2.0 litre Aircooled camper during the winter :) In fact it's very warm during the winter, but it does help if all of the heater connections are present.

My 1.6 litre mexican beetle (another Aircooled) on the other hand is freezing during the winter.
