Hi all,

Just seen these on the Diesel Vanagon Yahoo group...

Any thoughts? A good option?

Cheers.

these are still available from VW for about £750 outright new probably german rather than brazilian and a certain Mr Baxter is probably your best source. Monsho is doing one at the mo but I gather progress has been a bit snail like

I can retail them for about a grand, with the right levers, all the connections that don't come with the pump, the right mounting bracket that doesn't come with the pump also.

I have one sat in the garage, hopefully going in this weekend.
Another noteworthy point is that the governor is set quite low, so it needs attention also.

Baxter's offerring sounds much better, and I'd rather keep my money in The UK, so when I'm ready (prob next winter!) I'll be giving you a shout...

And that you still need to do a few mods to that pump to get the best out of it.
