Yes - VW still sell these for around £8 ... this is the plastic cover that goes over the top of the steering column just below the instrument binacle and fits around the ignition barrel. Here is the NEW one with the extra hole ...
BUT ... the one I got had an extra rectangular hole in the top where a switch or light might be fitted. My '88 Caravelle doesn't have anything there ... any ideas what is mean to be fitted there?
