When the left hand indictor is in use the stoplights also flash(the RHD hardly noticable, but still flashing)-also no fog light although bulb and switch is fine and tell tale light still come on. Earth fault? the earth points under the dash seem O.K(spent ages cleaning them when we got the van) could it be the bulb holder? ULO- doesn't seem much to go wrong with it.
Any where else to check?
Cheers

Re: Disco lights
Check the earth for the rear lights either near the coil or on the rear panel (follow the large brown wire from the black junction box on the left of the engine compartment)

It will probably be what big herb said it is. More than likely the panel there has rusted away just drill a new hole n whacka new screw or nut n bolt in thru the nicely cleaned up earth leads n all should b fine...
Howd I know? had EXACTLY this last week on a customers van..!

Thats PEET as in FEET!!!
Re: Disco lights
Yep,it was the earth bigherb sugested, the earth point was fine(had already claened it up to try and cure the problem) but one of the wires was badly coroded under the insulation, Ran a new length of wire and all working as it should now.
